DESCRIPTION
This ANI paint gun offers the ultimate in flexibility, allowing professional painting in three different ways, by simply changing the air-cap, adjusting the air pressure and fan according to the air cap used.
1. WB air cap to apply the base coat with HPS system;
2. CLEAR air cap to apply the clear coat with HPS system;
3. HVLP air cap to apply the base coat with HVLP system.
It works like a conventional paint gun, but with a simple gesture it is possible to change the painting mode optimising the work and reducing costs. With this innovation ANI is meeting the multiple requests of today’s coachbuilders.
The H2 air heating system eliminates the issues associated with using cold air, allowing for smoother and more efficient operation. Simply connect the airbrush to the H2 system, and it’s ready to use shortly after. The hot air improves painting quality, reduces application time, and cuts product usage by up to 20%. It also shortens drying times for water-based paints and prevents orange peel effects. The H2 system, made from quality materials, heats air up to 40°C with a pneumatic, non-electrical design, and includes a temperature regulator for control.
