DESCRIPTION
Paint spray gun with metallic pressurised gravity feed cup specifically designed for high viscosity materials. Ideal for the wood industry and for special paints in car body shops such as primers and fillers. This paint spray gun does not need other pressurised cups or pumps as the spray gun air supply is used to pressurise the cup.
The cup is provided with a safety valve to avoid the risk of overpressure. The air regulator perfectly atomises any high viscosity paint on all types of surfaces, easily atomising UHS (ULTRA HIGH SOLID) paints and WB (WATER-BASED) paints. The protective treatment together with components produced using only the highest quality materials guarantee an extremely long product life.
The F160/S-SP model features a body in die-cast aluminium with protective treatment, internal protective chemical nickel treatment, and external electrolytic mat treatment, ideal for use with water-based paints and resistant to aggressive chemical agents and corrosion.
The H2 air heating system eliminates the issues associated with using cold air, allowing for smoother and more efficient operation. Simply connect the airbrush to the H2 system, and it’s ready to use shortly after. The hot air improves painting quality, reduces application time, and cuts product usage by up to 20%. It also shortens drying times for water-based paints and prevents orange peel effects. The H2 system, made from quality materials, heats air up to 40°C with a pneumatic, non-electrical design, and includes a temperature regulator for control.
