Market research has shown that it is becoming increasingly more difficult to clean the spray instruments used for chemical coating products, since they are getting more complex and sophisticated. In fact, after use, a normal spray gun has to be cleaned immediately so as not to risk the product drying out and causing obstructions in the nozzles.

As a solution to this issue, KIT/205-S from ANI includes two disposable applicators, providing added flexibility for applying soundproofing and protective coatings. When working with highly clogging materials, simply remove the nozzle and clean it with a small amount of solvent. Meanwhile, you can continue working with the spare nozzle.

Spray adjustment is achieved by rotating the front nozzle, regulating the product conduit from 0 to 5 mm.
